Printer Setup!

Below are the instructions for installing the WorkBar printer for both Mac and PC machines. Once you have the printer properly installed please email Evona with a 4-digit pin number that you would like to use and she will set up your account. You cannot print from the Ricoh printer without a pin number.

MAC INSTALLATION:

Make sure you are connected to the Internet

To add a printer go to your System Preferences – “Print & Fax” and click on the “+” below your list of printers to add a printer.

Click on the “IP” tab and in the Address field type in “10.2.0.144″. In the Name field type in “WorkBar Printer”. Then in the Print Using field select “Select a driver to use…” and then highlight the RICOH Aficio MP C2500 PS.

If you do not have the RICOH Aficio MP C2500 PS option you must download a driver from the RICOH website – please use this link to select your MAC computer version and then select the “Post Script 3 Driver” to download from the various downloads listed under your computer’s version.

Finally Click ADD. and continue to hit OK until you are back at the Print&Fax screen that you started on and you should see the WorkBar Printer added to your list.

AFTER you have sent Evona a 4 digit code and your account has been set up – follow the instructions below to print. You will know whether or not you have set up the printer correctly if you are able to see the information below.

Got to “File” and “Print.” Next, from the list of options on the drop down menu about half way down the Print pop up window including options such as Printer Settings, layout, etc.. you should see an option called “Job Log.” If you do not see this option it means that the printer is NOT installed correctly. Click on Job Log and you will see two fields [Marked with XXXX in the picture below] in which you must input your User ID. You MUST put your User ID into both fields inorder to print. See below:

Please remember – The first 100 B&W pages are free after which they are 5 cents/page and color prints at always 25 center per page – make sure your color settings are set accordingly.
