“Professionalism of an Office, Flexibility of a Gym, and the Comfort of a Cafe”
At WorkBar we understand that people just don’t work the way they used to and that, in Boston, quality office space at an affordable rate can be hard to come by. So what’s OUR mission? We’ve created a workspace for freelancers, small teams, startups as well as remote professionals and telecommuters who normally work from home. We provide a convenient, comfortable and professional workspace, meeting rooms to meet with clients and the opportunity to meet other like minded professionals both at the office and through the networking and social events we host.
We understand that crammed cafe’s don’t provide ideal working conditions, especially when trying to meet with clients or taking a phone call and that working from home can be monotonous and isolating. Our dynamic, shared office environment overcomes provides a flexible workspace that can be a full time solution, a place to work a couple days a week, or a place to pop in while in between meetings downtown.
WorkBar offers several levels of membership. We offer dedicated seats for people that need a more permanent workspace as well as various community seats in our open workspace. Similar to a gym membership, WorkBar memberships offer the flexibility to use our workspace as needed. Several of our memberships offer 24/7 access which is often crucial for startups and people working under tight deadlines. Flexibility also comes from our low commitment model; all of our memberships are on a month to month basis.
In addition to workspace, members of WorkBar have access to:
• Wired and wireless Internet
• Phone services
• Administrative services
• Mail services
• Printing/copying
• Unlimited faxing
• Free coffee/water/snacks
• Conference room
• Lounge and private phone areas
As for our location, we are on the lower level of 711 Atlantic Ave and conveniently located across the street from the south station train platform and next to BSC. Our office is easily accessible by the red, green, orange and silver T lines as well as by commuter rail. Find nearby hotels, restaurants and more at our “Where Can I Find…” page
